The professions have historically suffered from a poor equal opportunity and diversity record. Recent social and demographic trends have certainly altered the numerical composition of the professions, yet the working lives of these 'new entrants' suggest how these workers often continue to experience marginalization and subordination. This seminar will include academic, practitioner and regulatory perspectives to examine:
